Real Estate Empire is a simulation game in which you own a real estate agency. Your job is to get earnings by repairing and selling houses. You will have some money to perform the necessary restorations to the houses and once you are finished, you need to wait for buyers. You may get offers for the houses you have, and you can accept or decline them at your will. The game offers a real simulation as you can check the state of the economy and fix the best price to sell your houses. The prices of your houses can be adjusted at any minute.
The game is really challenging and I wouldn't recommend it unless you know something about this business or if you have played similar games before. The tutorial isn't enough to learn how to play the game, so you will definitely need to read the online guide to be able to play it. Sadly, graphics are very simple and rather poor, sounds are simple too, and the music is very repetitive, and gets annoying after some time. There's only one mode and one difficulty level.
In short, I really wouldn't recommend Real Estate Empire as there are many similar games out there with much better graphics and simpler gameplays.
