RealGuitar is a smart program that features a virtual guitar. This program provides a comprehensive user interface that makes it possible to work with several modes such as solo, harmony, bass and chord, bass and pick, or chords. The high quality sound effects resemble those made by a real acoustic guitar and an electric guitar. Another important feature, only available in version 2L, is the "Pattern Manager" section, which provides direct access to up to 1250 rhythm patterns, including some popular rhythms as flamenco, rock and roll, reggae, blues, jazz, pop, country, folk, and many more. There is a folder for us to add our own pattern. This program includes a sample library that contains every possible sound made by a 6-chord real guitar. We may use this program to play guitar solos or use the guitar sounds in combination with the sound of any other instruments and/or voices. There is a 35-page user's manual that provides sample information about the program. The full functional trial version is available for evaluation purposes free for a whole month. RealGuitar runs under both Windows and Mac operating systems.
