Last but not least, RecoveryTools Excel to vCard Converter should work with any versions of Excel, but here's actually the biggest problem about this tool: it only works on system where Excel is installed. If MS Office, hence Excel too, is not installed on your computer, then you won't be able to use RecoveryTools Excel to vCard Converter, as it will constantly return an error when trying to load an Excel file. Unfortunately, this is quite a major downside, so I can no longer recommend this tool, despite its aforementioned benefits.
