ResFork is a modern resource editor, which was developed originally for Mac OS and ported to Mac OS X. It is based on Carbon APIs and therefore needs CarbonLib. Nowadays a version regarding Mac OS is available but this one isn't supported and only a spin-off product of Mac OS X development.
