Resolume Avenue is a VJ program that allows users to mix, edit, play and combine both audio and video files. In other words, this utility gives users the possibility to manage and “play” with audio and/or video files in order to come up with a professional output.
One of the greatest things about this program is that it allows users to both apply visual effects and mix multiple audio files together at the same time. As far as the visual effects are concerned they are grouped under the name of “Column” and can be found on the upper side of the main screen. All users need to do in this regard is to click on the desired effect’s column. Another advantage of using this piece of software is that it allows users to play all mixes live and record their projects.
Finally, to sum it all up, Resolume Avenue is an efficient application with multiple setting options that will allow users to create professionally looking and sounding output. Although every feature is important, there are a lot of them spread all over the main screen, which makes Resolume Avenue pretty difficult to use for beginners.
