After starting my degree programI completely stopped writing/working on/thinking aboutRevenir, and I don't think I'll ever return to it in its current iteration. I don't enjoy the process ofwritingas much as I used to, and the codebase is over 30,000 lines of fairly messy Lua code that I'm not keen to revisit...

Of course, after all the effort I put into the characters and all the scenes I wrote(most of which is still sitting on my storage drive, never released to the world ;w;)I wouldn't mind remixing or transforming the project sometime in the future. But for now I'm a busy bird -I work a day job as a programmerand still haveclasses to attend for another 18 monthsor so ????

I will always treasure the !!!AWESOME!!!reception thatRevenir received, the constructive criticism, the continued interest; every one of youhas been greatto me and I appreciate you. Having this (at one point, shockingly large??) community was such a cool experience, if sometimes terrifying for someone as socially anxious as I am. I don't know if this social stuff will ever get easier for me...the years have taught methat I will crumble if I'm put in the spotlight. It feels like a lot of pressure, even if it isn't :P

Is it the end for poor ol' Revenir...? Well, I'm a horndawg, I still love indie development, and I'm always trying to improve my skills in any creative field,so you can bet that I'll have my paws intosomething in the NSFW furry game spacebefore long. Maybe that will bea Revenir Revitalization Effort™, maybe something entirely new... creating art or storiesis difficult, but creating something as complex and compositional as a gameby yourselfison another level of travail entirely. I kneel to all the solo gamedevs out there who have made it out ofthese trenches.

When's the next update?

I'm working on a very large update to release soon (hopefully summer 2021), please be patient! It changes almost every aspect of the game and features over 100new scenes. ........yeah, you know...........

The currently available download is considered a demo, and is quite short and outdated by a couple of years. Keep that in mind while playing.

Is there porn?

Not much is available in thedemo, but this project does focus onadult (NSFW) furry content. If you don't like this kind of thing, or you’re under the legal age for viewing such things in your region, or if you thinkany of the content in this game could be illegal to view in your region, please don't play the game.
