RollerCoaster Tycoon for Mac is a fun simulator that allows your imagination to run wild in creating your own theme park. Mac users have had to wait a long time for RollerCoaster Tycoon to arrive on Mac but they can finally enjoy it in the form of RollerCoasterTycoon 3 for Mac.
RollerCoasterTycoon 3 Platinum is a special version of RollerCoaster Tycoon which combines the theme park fun of Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 with two expansion packs: RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Soaked! and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Wild! These expansion packs allow you to go beyond building your own water slide such as creating your own safari park with real animals that your customers can interact with.
You can play RollerCoasterTycoon 3 either as a profit making business or in sandbox mode with unlimited funds. The graphics are adequate although are one area where the game could be improved. Compared to other similar sim creation games such as The Sims, they're quite poor. However, the real fun is designing the theme park of your dreams and creating some truly spectacular rides.
For any Mac users that have waited for RollerCoasterTycoon to be released on Mac, RollerCoasterTycoon 3 will not disappoint.
