Markdown Linker is a Safari application extension that helps you copy the URL of a website as a markdown format. This extension has the ability to copy an opened URL from the context menu. In addition, it lets you copy the right-clicked link URL as markdown format.

From this version, you can add your favorite copy format from the app. Just open /Applications/URL Linker.app and try it!
By default, the app has a markdown style configuration. So if you have been using this app from previous version, you can continue to use same functionality without additional configuration.
