What the app brings to the game are newer and better visuals. The graphics are enhanced, making the planet where the gnome landed look more vivid. The sounds are also remastered and even features new music. However, there are no improvements in the gameplay. The game is still short and lacks helpful features, such as a reset button. Although enhanced, the graphics are still not on par with new games.
If you are a fan of the original Samorost, then Samorost 1 will be right up your alley. The game takes you back to the classic clicker game but with a new and better look and even a new soundtrack. However, the developers did not make any changes to the gameplay. It is still short and consists mainly of clicking around. Nevertheless, it brings a warm sense of nostalgia.
