SeeEdit is a HTML/CSS editor which can help you write your own codes or modify others.
You can create a new document under a wizard-like system. You need to name the project and set the server’s address. The program seems complicated at first sight, but after running it for a while, you realize that all its functions are organized based on well-defined criteria.
The menu bar is very well structured, giving you the possibility to navigate easily and intuitively through the options. Creating new documents or converting some to HTML format can be done in a simple, predefined manner. At the same time, the app gives you the chance to insert a macro, an image or a flash (.SVG file) through the code lines, as well as to encrypt an email account. You can choose between manual or preset Backup. You can also use templates which can be modified according to your needs. In addition, you may diagnose the command lines.
An option that caught my attention refers to the possibility to export text lines towards other Operational Systems (Windows and Unix). The working page is nicely organized providing CSS, HTML, Color, Script functions placed at hand. The editor found on the right side of the page will help you a lot with its predefined features.
The program is rather complex. For this reason, I recommend to navigate for a while through its functions, options, and sub-menus before actually putting it to work. And if, by any chance, it is the first time when you run such an app, I advise you to read carefully the Help file, which guides you pretty well thru the program.
