Seqotron is a user-friendly sequence editor for your Mac. The program is written in Objective-C/Cocoa. The application supports visualization and manual editing of nucleotide and amino acid sequences, as well as alignment through muscle and MAFFT. It provides a phylogenetic tree inference with Physher.
