Sequence Matrix is a DB Tool that enables users to quickly concatenate gene datasets. It provides a spreadsheet-like interface to view what has been assembled, and allows users to drag-and-drop TNT, Nexus, FASTA, and Mega files to add them. The entire dataset can be exported as TNT or Nexus files.
