Serif Photo Plus SE is a freeware photo editor for Windows. It has been designed to help us edit our pictures. It provides many features, which allow us to correct, enhance, and even create a piece of art from any image. We can select an image anywhere within our computer, or acquire it directly from a TWAIN compatible device, such a scanner, digital camera, and so on. It lets us edit the picture, zoom in/out, crop, adjust, resize, make a selection, change color, add filters, layers, text, save, print, export, etc. From the user's interface, we can have direct access to two especial features: Quick Fix Studio, and Filter Gallery, the former for image correction and the later for image effects (such as distort, blur, sharpen, edge, and other).
