Shairwaves is a network audio streaming application which allows you to share your Mac and Linux audio devices and play to them from other Macs, just as OS X shares printers and network drives to be used from other Macs. All device characteristics are shared and appear on your other Macs. Up to 8 high definition audio channels per device.Sample rates up to 192kHz. Sample widths up to 32 bits. 5.1 encoded audio support. User-settable playback latencies as low as 50ms (1/20th second). Change device names to reflect location or function.
