SILKYPIX Developer Studio Free 3.0 is a RAW converter software for digital images. The software provides color management engine which features ICC profiles and other functions like white balancing, contrast, sharpness, saturation, lens correction, image perspective and trimming, outputting and printing.

Developer Studio provides an additional support for Adobe RGB color space. It has a support for over 120 cameras and has the ability to extract the RAW format from digital SLR cameras. It is supported by an exposure control that can enhance the image. It is also used for optimizing the file size of the output and lens correction functions such as aberration, shading and distortion correction.

The presets help in changing the settings of the image such as exposure, color, contrast, sharpness and white balance. The other tools are trimming, image rotation and perspective correction. The image rotation, vertical and horizontal perspective correction functions helps in removing even the smallest glitches from the image.

SILKYPIX Developer studio allows image flexibility and features high quality images. Corrections for images are easy and noise problem can be removed from the image. The output file can be saved in different file formats and it has an in-built print function that requires no other external printing software.

- It is possible to rewrite rotation information tags, depending on the settings, on JPEG / TIFF / DNG images.
- Development parameters are automatically recorded in a "SILKYPIX_DS" sub-folder created within folders that contain RAW data for editing and JPEG / TIFF / DMG images.
- Development parameters are buried within the Exif information in JPEG / TIFF images that record development results. They will not be buried if not recorded with Exif information.
