There are few applications to help you with recording your seizures, so there's a high chance that this is the one for you. You can look at your seizures as a monthly calendar view, with red highlighted on the calendar on the days that seizures have occurred. Click a day and it will show you a list of seizures, with the ones requiring medication in red.
