SlideTop is a simple Menu Bar application that enables you to view folders filled with pictures as slideshows on your desktop. The program is very easy to use, works with a wide range of image formats, and offers you support for multiple screens display.
This image viewer can display up to four slideshows simultaneously on each corner of your screen. All you need to do is to select the picture folder you wish to view on your desktop, adjust the transition settings according to your needs, and the app will do the rest.
Another good thing about this program is the fact that it supports a wide range of formats, such as PNG, JPEG, TIFF, PDF, and many others.
However, this application has several flaws: it doesn't let you move slideshows around the screen, it lacks navigation buttons or options (for instance, you can't manually go to the next photo), and doesn't allow you to enter the preferred transition delay value.
Even though SlideTop comes without a price tag, I still consider you should try other image viewers. As I've already stated, the program fails to provide you with several helpful features. As a consequence, I don't believe this app is worth a try.
