Smart Serial Mail is a multitasking editing program, which enables the user to create, edit and personalize mails and newsletters, as well as to perform high profile HTML editing. Built on the Microsoft platform, Smart Serial Mail is a versatile editing and mailing tool, as it runs on every generation of Microsoft OS, both on 32 and 64 bits, starting with Windows XP and ending with Windows 7. In terms of capabilities, both marketed versions of Smart Serial Mail, the Enterprise and the Small Business Edition, surpass the classic Microsoft Outlook by having numerous features helping in personalizing and sending mails and newsletters like: designing of the emails with the sophisticated built-in HTML editor, the possibility of scheduling the emails or the capability of easily performing the return management of your emails, thus keeping the user up to date. The thing I found most interesting when I tested Smart Serial Mail was the presence of an integrated database - a feature which made my work a lot easier by simplifying the handling of my large recipient lists, which, ultimately, turned this feature into a time saver. Apart from these various technical features, there is a feeling of easiness in working with Smart Serial Mail, as this piece of software has an intuitive Microsoft Outlook-like interface, and by the ability of importing Microsoft Excel or Outlook databases the user doesn’t feel the pressure of the transitioning from Outlook to Smart Serial Mail.
