Socialite is a social-network client for multiple services. It supports Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Digg and Google Reader. You can access all of those services from the same window. To add a service, you simply have to click on the "add" button, which will ask you for your login details. I tested the app with Facebook. After telling Socialite my username and password, it asked me to grant access to a variety of stuff on my account. If you don't accept, the application will fail to start. I am not a very trusting person, but I did accept to try this app. After that step made, all the posts from my friends appeared on Socialite. The profile photos of my friends appeared next to gray bubbles, which contained their messages, links, etc. I noticed that Socialite has Growl support, and new posts were shown to be using the notification system. Although I could access my photos, there it wasn't easy to scroll through them using Socialite, or at least I didn't find one. Whenever I double-clicked an album, a web browser was launched, and the photo gallery was opened on the Facebook website.
All in all, this is indeed a very nice app and it supports quite a few services. They have a free fully-functional trial to test the program, and you should download it before buying this app. Personally, I like browsing Facebook on the website better.
