Sony Media Manager for Playstation Portable used to be a commercial product that allows you to transfer videos, pictures, music, documents and podcasts from your PSP to your PC using a usb cable and a drag and drop interface. It also offered a file preview to avoid mistakes while passing all your favorites music, pictures and videos to your Playstation Portable.
I wrote in past tense because Sony Media Manager for PSP is now free in Japan and have been replaced everywhere else by Sony Media Manager Pro, which is a commercial version that includes the ability to transfer Playstation 1 games.
Media Manager for PSP supports a wide range of formats that it will convert automatically on compatible formats to play or listen on your PSP. Thanks to its user friendly interface and drag and drop interface, you will be able to learn to use it on no more than 5 minutes, it is also possible to transfer your favorite websites, rss feeds, game saved files on your memory stick to your computer.
If you don’t need to transfer playstation 1 games, flac format support, audio file search and don’t bother to install Japanese software you can find Media Manager for PSP useful, otherwise I would recommend you to pay those 16.99 for the pro version.
