SousChef is a nice application that allows you to have your recipes organized in one place. The program comes with a series of sample recipes, which help you see how the program works and how you can use it, but you can create your own very easily. You can give your recipes the title you want, and write a description, notes, ingredients, add an image, among other things. The recipes can be ordered alphabetically, by rating, category and type of cuisine, so it's very easy to find them. Moreover, you can also search them by entering keywords of the above mentioned categories.
All the recipes can be edited, printed, emailed, blogged, and marked as cooked, so they will later appear in the "Recently cooked" folder on the left part of the screen. The program also allows you to create grocery lists in a snap, so you never forget the things you need to prepare a recipe. The included recipes are very good, so you can start with these and then start adding your own. Sadly, you cannot add videos or more than one image.
To conclude, SousChef is a nice and comprehensive recipe manager which definitely deserves a try.
