Adding some animated effects to your images or movies can be really tricky. Applications like Sqirlz Water Reflections were developed to help you do just that.
Generally I have some troubles with the configurations for this kind of applications, so I checked the offered examples to learn how to manage this program's utilities. For better results, I suggest you do the same.
A good thing about this application is that it can export the results to various multimedia formats and it doesn't even take too long for the rendering to complete. You can re-size the input images, create baseline/outline segments and adjust the effects' settings according to your needs.
To be honest, I was expecting professional-looking output files, especially when I had to make dozens of configurations. Unfortunately, the rain/snow effects made my videos and images look very tacky.
In my opinion, Sqirlz Water Reflections is an acceptable solution for creating animated images but, if you require professional results, I suggest you try other similar programs that give you access to more sophisticated effects.
