SQLite Manager 4 is an app that provides users the means to create and edit SQLite databases, execute SQL statements, and create tables and triggers.
The installation process is easy to complete and it's done in under one minute. Then, when you start the application, you encounter a practical UI, with well-delimited sections, and easy to comprehend by most users. It lacks skin themes, but the response to user actions is pleasing, and the navigation through the menu is intuitive.
SQLite is able to load external .sqlite extensions, preview BLOB scripts, remove encryption, or execute SQL statements. The BLOB images are recognized and printed automatically, while the print engine is driven by customizable SQL queries. The app has a built-in scripting language, based on Lua, that lets users write plugins and automate redundant tasks. Last but not least, it comes with a Chart Panel that individuals can use to visualize queries in exportable PNG charts.
Overall, SQLite is a comprehensive database tool that includes multiple features, all wrapped in a nicely crafted interface. It doesn't have many cons, but maybe the price is a bit high.
