With Stardock Tiles you can easily view and manage your running applications. You can choose your design, edge alignment, bar size and more. You can add shortcuts to a Tiles page by dragging your application onto the bar. You can customize included skins by adding a photo as the background or create your own look using the provided skin builder too.
