Windows menu has many advantages, but also several drawbacks. For example, you need to open it and choose the program you need from the complete list of programs, or open the corresponding folder to find a given file. The only drawback I could think of is that if you don't edit the menu and create groups, it may appear too crowded. Also, if you are accustomed to the old Windows menu, it may take a while for you to adopt this new program. Nevertheless, it will worth the effort.
