With Streplace you can replace in your Clipboard by patterns.
You can setup patterns in Preferences and choose wheter Streplace should replace automatically (searches for patterns in your current Clipboarditem two times a second) or manually (by systemwide Hotkey).
You can quick access an On/Off-Switch in your menubar. Your patterns are synced by iCloud and you can setup notifications about replacements (10.8 only).
