SudokuPotions 1.1

SudokuPotions is a very simple application that allows you to create your own sudoku games and play the ones that come with the program. The objective of any sudoku game is to fill the grid with numbers from 1 to 9 in a way that no number is repeated in the rows, columns, or yellow areas. You can create or generate games with three difficulty levels which will vary in the amount of numbers there will be on the grid when you start a game.

The game includes 30 different puzzle games for each difficulty level, and you can select a specific puzzle number or play any random game. Unfortunately, the game doesn't offer hints or any help, but only pencil marks. The games are timed, so you can record your best games to monitor your progress. The puzzles cannot be checked or solved automatically, so you will never know if the puzzle is correct or not. Unfortunately, the game features very simple graphics, and no sounds or music.

In short, SudokuPotions can only help you if you are an advanced player and you don't need any help with the game, or if you wish to create your own puzzles or copy those of magazines or newspapers. However, I'm sure you can find much better free sudoku games out there.
