Suunto Training Manager is an integral part of the Suunto t6c, t6 and/or Memory Belt experience. It stores and organizes training sessions, allowing athletes to analyze their performance.
Athletes can view their performance over a single workout or a specific period of time, with a detailed analysis of seven different body parameters including:
_Heart Rate
_EPOC (Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption, ml/kg)
_EPOC based Training Effect (1-5 scale)
_Respiration Rate (breaths per minute)
_Respiration Volume (liters/minute)
_Oxygen Consumption (VO2, ml/kg/min.)
_Energy Expenditure (kcal)
Calculations are based on beat-to-beat analysis and heart rate variability.
Equipped with a Suunto Foot, GPS, Bike and/or Cadence POD, the program allows t6c users to evaluate their performance in terms of speed, distance, cadence and altitude.
