Swift To-Do List is a professional task organizer that allows you to organize your daily tasks in to-do lists. You can create as many to-do lists as necessary and even memos, assigning a specific name and tree icon to recognize them more easily. You can assign a priority to tasks and group them by type. You can even add reminders so that you won't forget any important event, add notes, attachments and recurrence. The program also allows you to filter tasks (due today, due tomorrow, overdue, undone, etc.), so you can find them more easily. What is more, the program offers the capability of adding multiple tasks at once and batch edit multiple tasks, including changing the priority, due date, type, and disable reminders and recurrence. In addition to this, you will be able to completely customize priorities, types, contacts, filters and columns to adjust them completely to your specific needs. You will also be able to set hotkeys to add new tasks and to show/hide the program, password protect the program, and customize multiple settings regarding notes, reminders, recurrence, to name but a few. Moreover, all your tasks can be exported to html or csv format or printed, selecting the layout, columns to print, and appearance.
The program offers two different editions to choose from: Standard and Professional.
The Professional edition includes all the features included in the Standard plus a few more, namely, ability to email tasks, set start and completion dates, assign tasks, among many others.

Item numbering for to-do lists and lists. Task names can be now automatically prefixed with a number, e.g. "1. First task", "2. Second task", etc.
List, a new type of tree item beside to-do lists and memos. Lists are perfect for all non-task items. Items in Lists don't have checkboxes, are not included in the "Tasks to be done" infopanel statistics, and can be easily hidden by filters. Very useful for all non-actionable items, such as inventories, collections, recipes, ideas, references, and anything else that is not a task, and that you want to keep separate from tasks.
