Synapse is a developer tool that makes adding the required resources and processing quick and consistent. Synapse can add the requisite resources such as plist entries, icons and help files, adjust permissions, sign additional libraries in addition to the main executable and can correct known issues with older RB IDEs such as 'HXRuntime' rejections.
