TagSpaces is a utility that provides users a comprehensive pack of tools for organizing files and folders, add tags, or custom thumbnails. The application is very useful for users who spend a lot of time in front of the computer and work with a high amount of files and folders.
The installation process doesn't require advanced computer skills and it's done in a couple of minutes. Its UI has a standard look and comes with two theme selections: light and dark. The main menu font style seems a bit faded and the navigation is sluggish at times.
Its embedded features are various and consist of a basic file manager, an e-book library organizer, lots of folder customizations, and a tag manager. Another noticeable function is the To-Do list creator, which lets users organize and keep track of their memories, projects or ideas. Last but not least, users can preview their digital photos and images and open PDF documents.
To sum it up, TagSpaces is an all-in-one file manager that is capable to cover any user needs. It doesn't consume a high amount of system resources, so you should give it a try.
