TakeNote lets you write and organize your ideas, course notes, drawing, and sketches. The tool contains a full-featured word processor. In addition, it gives you the ability to draw free hand on theses notes, letting you sketch ideas or annotations directly in your notes. You can export these notes as PDF files, so that you can print and share all your notes. On the one hand, you can dictate to TakeNote, and on the other hand, the program is able to read your notes for you.
