TaskSurfer is a nice to-do list manager which allows you to organize your daily activities. The program enables you to create multiple folders to save your tasks by category, so you can easily find them when you need them. For every task you create, you can assign a name, start and due date, priority, folder, context, state, tags, length, and notes. Folders, tags, and contexts are completely customizable, and they help you organize the tasks more efficiently. There is also a feature called "Smart folder", which allows you to groups certain tasks which share certain attributes.
The program will mark all the tasks that are due for today in red, so you can easily recognize them. Moreover, you can also create subtasks. The program also includes a search dialogue to search for tasks more quickly by entering a keyword. The application allows cloud syncing with Toodledo, so you can have access to your tasks easily from your browser no matter where you are. Sadly, once you mark a task as done, it will disappear from the program, and there are also no reminders or alarms to add to your tasks.
