Teardownis a premiumsimulationgame for PC that was developed by Tuxedo Labs. In it, players attempt to pull off theperfectheistthrough creativeproblem solvingor simply through the use ofbrute forceto achieve their objectives and get to the loot.

Teardown features avoxel art stylethat is quite reminiscent ofMinecraft. Its core gameplay is more in line with something likeDemolition Company, though, wherein pretty much every object in levels isinteractable anddestructible. Players will have various tools at their disposal, ranging from hammers to even explosives.

What is it about?

In Teardown, you are tasked with planning the perfect heist usingany means necessary. You could be the clinical type that plans every movement with precision. Alternatively, you could forego that all together andsimply use strengthand brute force to get to the prize at hand. Whichever method you end up choosing, it's going to be a chaotic and destructive time either way.

Teardown's campaign features a storyline that slowly unfolds with every step and offers acolorful cast of charactersto meet and interact with. it gives you10 different weapons and toolswith which you can wreak havoc and destruction, from guns to a blow torch and even explosives. Combine them with fully destructible voxel environments andrealistic physics, and you'll have yourself a blast.

If you just want to roam around, destroy stuff, and go about at your own pace,Sandbox Modewill let you do that. Also, the game supports mods and featuresSteam Workshopintegration for even more things to try out. Just note that it is still inEarly Access, though. As such, expect fixes and possible changes to core gameplay to come still.

Tear the house down

All in all, Teardown is a great game that offersa chaotic and destructive good time. The voxel art style is nice, pretty much everything is destructible, and you getplenty of tools and weaponsas you plan your perfect heist. Mod support is also a welcome addition and extends gameplay possibilities even more. Recommended.
