TextSoap is a Mac utility that enables you to fix text formatting issues with minimum effort. The application brings you a user-friendly interface, immediately completes any given task, and works with a wide variety of text formats.
You have access to an integrated help manual which might prove to be of good use if you're new with this type of programs. All you need to do is to paste the text content or import the document you wish to edit, select the preferred cleaning profile, and the program will immediately finish the job.
The app also supports batch processing (you can apply certain cleaning profiles to a multitude of documents), lets you create and save your own cleaning profiles, and print the resulting text directly from its interface.
In my testing, every single function worked flawlessly and all of its settings were very simple to configure. What's more, you can add TextSoap's icon to your Menu Bar to get quicker access to its cleaning profiles and settings.
All in all, I can't find a single bad thing to say about this application. It works 100%, is very simple to handle, and comes with a fair price. So, you should definitely give it a try.
