This program was written to accompany the book Food Tables and Labeling. The program uses two separate databases of nutrient analysis, and you are offered the choice of which to use when you run it. Food Tables and Labelling uses more recent analytical data than Food Tables, so there are differences in the values for some of the nutrients in some foods between the two databases.
