TicketAlert is an application that notifies users of new tickets and replies received in Kayako SupportSuite and eSupport. After installation, users will have a new icon in their menu bar and will be able to receive notifications from their helpdesk. TicketAlert Professional also allows users to receive notifications for multiple helpdesks and use filters to include or exclude notifications from the History Dialog.
