Ticno Screenshoter is a screen capturing utility. The small window and sleek interface fit for such type of application. You can take a screenshot by using the buttons from the interface or by setting and using a hotkey. The program offers three capturing modes: window, desktop and custom for saving a screenshot with the contents of one window, the whole screen or a square area selected with your mouse.
Overall, this utility is well designed. It has a modern and pleasant aspect and it’s very easy to work with. It seems that only one detail has been overlooked: the program’s window is always on top, which is an advantage because you always have access to it to take a screenshot but when you capture an image of your whole screen, it gets in the way. Therefore, it would have been a good idea to make the application’s window automatically hide itself when you take a desktop screenshot. Fortunately, this is the only (small) problem with this piece of software and you can avoid it by setting a shortcut key for the action and minimizing the window to the system tray.
Because the interface is very intuitive, this utility doesn't come with any kind of help file.
