Time Adjuster is a free utility that enables the user to make adjustments to movie subtitles (you change the moment when each subtitle line must appear).
With this program, you can perform various basic operations to the subtitle file, like split, join, convert and repair them.
If you like drag&drop operations, then you can drag any subtitle file from Windows Explorer and drop it onto the program window in order to open that file. Time Adjuster reads the most popular subtitle file formats, like TXT, SUB, SRT and SSA .
I have to point out the author's sense of humor, you can see it reflected in the program. For example, there is a strange feature that you can activate in the settings menu: it says "Show funny stuff during idle time". When you leave the mouse and keyboard alone, some strange little creatures come jumping all around the screen and then they go off the screen...very crazy!
The standard version comes with the help file packaged, and if you prefer, you can download the LIGHT version without this file. Anyway, it's just about 900Kb, the download is a snap.
