This utility gives you access to a wide range of system-related settings to help you improve the performance of your system and change its default options according to your needs. Its main window looks a lot like the interface of the System Preferences program, so, you won't find it difficult to work with TinkerTool System if you're familiar with the aforementioned Mac tool.

All of its settings are nicely-organized into groups based on their types. For example, in the Privacy panel, you will find various options for removing Safari data (page caches, history, cookies, etc.), clearing entries for recent folders in Finder, etc.

You will also have access to detailed reports showing the health status of your Mac, the current fan speed, and many others.

Another important advantage is that TinkerTool System provides you with a quick and safe way to permanently remove programs from your Mac. Furthermore, the utility enables you to alter login settings according to your needs, remove unneeded language support packages, etc.

The only disadvantage is that the utility works only on machines with macOS 10.12 Sierra or macOS 10.13 High Sierra.

In my opinion, this program is the perfect solution for enhancing the performance of your Mac and easily altering system settings according to your requirements. It's easy to handle, works 100%, and is cheap.
