Toppler is just a simple arcade game in which you are a strange creature, very similar to a frog, that needs to climb towers in order to win the level. The towers have a series of grey steps on which you walk, and there are also black passages, which take you to higher places of the tower. If you fell off the tower, or if you are touched by any of the obstacles and enemies present in the game, you will lose a life.
You have a total of three lives, but you can get more while playing. You also have a weapon, which can help you kill certain enemies or stop certain moving objects, so you can easily jump over them and avoid getting harmed. When you reach the top of the tower, you instantly move to the next level. There are lots of obstacles to avoid, so you should be very careful. Sadly, the game features only one mode and only one difficulty level. Graphics also leave a lot to be desired, since they look very old and simple. Sounds are also very simple and the music is very annoying.
In short, I really wouldn't recommend Toppler since you can find lots of better games out there.
