Translator translate with voice is a great translation utility. The application can translate text between two languages. It can auto-detect the source language or you can set it manually, and you can select the target language from a drop-down menu. Some of the supported languages are Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Italian, French, and even Latin. As the name of the application suggests, the translation can also be read out loud. The quality of the text-to-speech engine is astounding. I tested it in Spanish, English and Portuguese and they all sounded very natural to me.
The main window is divided into two panes. One where you type the text that you want translated and the other where the translation appears when you finish typing. You can change the language from the drop-down menu and the translation will be refreshed. There is a button that resembles a speaker. With that button, you can configure so that the app will voice the translations.
There is also a dictionary mode. You simply select the language, type in a word and hit the "Return" key and the app will display a definition for the word you typed.
Translator translate with voice seems to require an active Internet connection.
