Tutor for Lion is a great compilation of video tutorials. It contains 51 videos which duration is more than 4 hours. The videos are narrated and you see a screencast of what the narrator is talking about. The tutorials range from simple things like what OSX is and what the main differences with Windows are to more complicated and useful things like networking, file sharing, etc.

The first video that you would want to see is "Introduction". In this video, you are shown how to identify your Mac OS X version and the narrator explains what the application is all about.
