Tweaks.com Logon Changer is a Windows application that enables you to change the appearance of your logon screen with minimum effort. The program brings you a user-friendly interface, allows you to preview the new logon window, and comes without a price.
All you need to do in order to use this utility is to select the image you wish to set as logon screen background, and the program will immediately apply the new changes. You can always undo your actions by clicking the "Revert Wallpaper" button.
The program is compatible with only one image format: JPG. So, popular formats, like PNG, BMP, or TIFF aren't supported by the application.
Another disadvantage is the fact that Windows OS already provides you with a quick solution for changing the appearance of your logon screen. On Windows 10 PCs, you need to go to System Settings -> Personalization -> Lock Screen and import your image (you can load images of various formats).
In conclusion, I don't think it's worth installing this app on your PC. Using Windows' default solution for changing the appearance of your logon screen seems a better idea.
