UC Browser 

UC Browser is based on Chromium, from which it inherits its high speed and stability. This browser was already well known for its versions intended for portable equipment but new editions that run on Windows have also been released lately. The application has a very nice interface and, although it comes with an attractive and colorful default theme, it’s possible to change it if you have other preferences.

This browser is, in general, very similar to Google Chrome, so you can use it without much complication. It can help you navigate the Internet seamlessly because it downloads photos and links beforehand so that you don’t need to wait. Moreover, you can switch devices without losing the open tabs and bookmarks because all of them are synchronized on the Cloud. But not only that, it has customizable speed dials to help you open the most frequently visited pages without much effort.

Since most of the features already described are also available from Chrome, now I will focus on those characteristics that could convince you to make it your favorite. One of them is its integrated download manager, which supports multiple file types, including torrents. As most downloaders nowadays, this one supports pausing and resuming jobs. It also has a resource downloader that identifies downloadable contents and lets you pick them with just a click. Second, there’s its built-in screenshot tool, which allows capturing parts of your screen. It’s a pity, though, that it can only take static images and doesn’t allow recording streaming video straight from the page where it’s being played. Last but not least, it comes with Wi-Fi hotspot capabilities, which let you share your Internet connection with other devices.

All in all, UC Browser surely deserves your attention for it has some valuable features that are seldom found on other similar applications. Fortunately, you can add more because it supports extensions. So, in addition to those specifically developed for this browser, you can also use most Chrome’s extensions as well.
