Ultimaker Cura is a 3D tool, designed for MacOS, that assists professionals in the process of printing 3D models by providing a complete set of tools to help them build their desired object.
To start using the solution's features, you have to complete the installation process and then to make sure you've connected a 3D printer to your Mac. Once you start the app, you get in contact with a well-organized main interface, that has a white and purple color theme. Though the tabs are nicely crafted, the buttons often feel clunky, and the app requires a considerable amount of system resources.
As per its functionalities, Ultimaker Cura comes with 18 printer definitions, and can provide a weight estimation in decimals. Moreover, it has a new sign-in flow that makes it easier to get started and learn the app's functions.
Moving on, it includes a Digital Library, and a Z-seam to ensure that the the seam will be sufficiently hidden in the end product.
All in all, Ultimaker Cura is a complete app to use when having to create 3D prints more easily and become more efficient.
