ViceTXD 1.1

ViceTXD is a tool for importing/exporting textures needed for some mod installs in GTA Vice City.

This tool allows you to edit every texture you see in the game! Just make sure you right-click on your gta3.dir and gta3.img files and go to properties and uncheck read only!
