Video Games Quizzer 2.0

Video Games Quizzer is an app designed for Mac users who wish to put their computer gaming knowledge to the test. Your objective is to answer correctly as many questions as you can before you run out of time.

The app provides you with a user-friendly interface, lets you choose between several question categories (Characters, Culture, Platforms, etc.), and allows you to select the preferred difficulty level. What's more, it keeps track of your highest scores, for any trivia type you choose to play.

Another thing I like about this app is the fact that it offers you plenty of power-ups during gameplay. You can use them to reduce the number of options for the answer, freeze the countdown, and skip the current question.

However, to me, the background music was annoying, it was the same song over and over again. Another disadvantage is that you cannot disable or slow down the countdown (an option which might come in handy to beginner users).

All in all, Video Games Quizzer is an entertaining and simple-to-use app. So, I'd say it's worth installing it on your Mac if you wish to put your video gaming knowledge to the test.
