Video Watermark Maker is a handy application that helps you protect videos against unauthorized copying or usage by applying watermarks to them. It can watermark the videos either using text watermarks or using images like transparent logos. You can even add multiple watermarks to the same file in various ways: on both the video screen and on the timeline. Besides the place on the video timeline (displayed throughout the entire video playback or only during specific fragments) and the position on the video, many other aspects of the watermark can be also customized, such as their sizes, transparency levels, and other more.
Video Watermark Maker also features automated watermark scaling that makes your mark appear of the same size regardless of video resolution, and supports batch watermarking of multiple video files at the same time. Furthermore, numerous video file formats are supported, including popular ones like AVI, MP4, FLV, M2V, 3GP, MOV, SWF, WMV, MKV, etc. Since it can save to formats different from the input ones, it can also be used as a video converter.
Unfortunately, the problem that could be encountered in the previous version of this tool is still there: I cannot make the app actually watermark the videos. No matter which settings I applied, the output video didn't contain any watermark, though it should have. Only image watermarks were properly applied.
In conclusion, this tool might look pretty handy and powerful, but it also comes with hard to ignore problems, so I guess it's only up to you to decide upon trying it.
