This program is a simple photo editor for Mac users who wish to give a vintage feel to their contemporary pictures. The application provides you with numerous visual effects, comes with easy to configure output settings, and offers quality results within moments.
After you drag-and-drop the input file over the app's interface, you can opt for the proper visual effect, configure the output settings (select paper pattern, adjust fade out level, etc.), and save the resulted photo. I like the fact that you can save the used preset in case you plan to apply it later on another picture.
Another good thing is that it offers you a random preset option which you can enable if you're not sure about which visual effect to apply to the input file.
This release of Vintage Scene provides you with a new integrated tool: an image cropper. This utility comes in handy if you wish to change the size of the input file before exporting it.
Unfortunately, the program still doesn't allow you to process more than one image at a time. This aspect might prove to be quite annoying if you wish to modify multiple photos at once using the same output profile.
Nevertheless, the application comes with a reasonable price and lets you choose from a wide variety of photo effects. What's more, Vintage Scene works with dozens of image formats and allows you to compare the resulted pictures with the originals before saving them.
